Welcome to our Home Page
We are a privately held high energy research firm in Orange County, Calif. Our work has led to the development of new techologies relating to lasers and high-pressure gas compression.
The stabilized arc is a resonant cavity that generates a mode-locked laser beam with its pulse length based on the Alfven Wave (a traveling oscillation of ions in a magnetic field) and its brief high pressure "Spike" duration of about 10-9 second (one nano-second).*
Our experiments demonstrated that a non-coherent beam, when passed through a stabilized electric arc, caused emission of a coherent beam powerful enough to melt, instantaneously, a small area on the steel sample.*
Various approaches to arc stabilization by other inventors have achieved limited suppression of arc instabilities. None has used the approach that we have pioneered. The ECHO System approach to arc stabilization is unique in design and is the only device ever to achieve complete stabilization of an electric arc in an ambient environment.*
